  I challenged Ryan Scott to meet a tough goal of refinancing three rental properties very quickly. Reduce the term to twenty years while minimizing any increases to the annual mortgage payments. He modelled and presented three scenarios and came up with an excellent option to save us over $100k. Execution and loan processing by him and his Team was flawless, and the mortgage portal that PRMG setup was an absolute dream and time saver. Everything was remote.

  We recently re-financed and while getting a mortgage or refinancing one is Super Frustrating, Ryan and his team where amazing! Always there to answer any questions and explain things! Saved us 200 a month on our mortgage payment! Thanks so much Ryan for taking care of us!!

  We are all in a weird and wild time with covid running amuck. Ryan reaches out to me to let me know that refinance rates have dropped and I could save thousands of dollars by doing so. Ryan and his team helped me through the whole process (which was a lot of work for them). I ended up being able to shave off a couple years, lowered my payment and will save $80,000 over the course of my mortgage!! Thank you so much and would definitely recommend!
