  Mike Reid and his team at Paragon Home Loans were amazing. He was always available to answer any questions we had. I've heard many horror stories about the loan process but Mike and his team made it feel almost effortless and we were even able to close a month early

  Mike Reid was always available when I needed someone to talk to about the home buying process. He went above and beyond. When we had questions about the process, regardless of if it were about the mortgage, he talked us through it. He is personable, and truly an advocate for his clients which can be rare in a loan officer. Multiple times he advocated on our behalf for us to be able to continue our mortgage when our timeline got messy due to negotiations and COVID-19. He understands customer service, and listened to my concerns even if I seemed to just be venting about something out of his hands (i.e the lawyers making mistakes). I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a home and am so thankful for his help!

  Mike Reid and his team are extremely incompetent. Losing documents, no closing checklist, files kept in old liquor boxes. It has taken over four months to close on a home. Consistently given excuses and asked for inappropriate documentation throughout this process. I have no idea how they are in business still.

  Jeff and Joshua Pinard are the best. Professional, communicative, and extremely helpful in every way. They answered every question and provided other professionals to assist in other ways. We have used them twice as mortgage brokers and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed them. Thank you so much to all the Paragon folks!

  I bought my house few years ago and process was so simple from start to finish. Mike Reid is extremely knowledgeable and helps you every step way . I’m a truck driver and even being away from home mike and the company he is a broker with paragon home loans made it simple and stress free . If I am ever on market for a home again I know who I will call. Thanks again mike reid .

  If you want someone who will do everything in their power to get you a mortgage, then come here and see Mike Reid. Can't say enough about how hard he worked at getting us through all the hurdles we encountered during our process. A+. Would recommend to anyone.
