  I was very excited to join this credit union but we have had nothing but issues. Being such a small CU, they're not up to date on anything. I can't even connect my account to Venmo. On top of that, they've been incredibly condescending to us every time we've called. This credit union definitely has more of a bank feel with way less accessibility. I would never recommend them tk anyone.

Members should not have any issues connecting their account to Venmo, and can do so using their card number, or their account number. If you need assistance locating your account and routing number, you can find them by logging into online/mobile banking. If you need any additional assistance, or would like to have a representative contact you to discuss any concerns or issues, in addition to calling or visiting an office, you can also send your request using the Help Desk in online/mobile banking. We apologize again and have also passed along your comments to our management team to help us in providing better service in the future.

  Great customer service. I have used the inside service very little for most of the pandemic. When I qualified for a senior account, they explained the additional benefits. I have a safety deposit box now for no fee. I have all of my accounts here except my mortgage and 401k. Palmetto Citizens is a great financial institution and Washington St is the best!

  Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union is one of the best experiences I have had in a while. The people treat you like they work for you. Its not a rush in and out like they have a quota to meet, they actually want to get to know you that doesn't happen very often. I have also found their what I will call follow up service unexpected but welcomed. I already have a credit union and a bank but I am glad I came to First Citizens.

  I am very disappointed with this Credit Union. Their online banking is a mess to deal with. I stopped using the account a few months back. Today, I find out through another service that my credit score has dropped to an open collections account over $3 (yes, three dollars) I apparently owe Palmetto Citizens. No one from the CU has attempted to contact me over this balance. I understand it's my responsibility to manage my finances, but I really would appreciate a phone call before being sent to collections. Especially over such a small amount. I will be closing my account entirely, and will never recommend this CU to anyone.

  I have been a member of Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union (PCFCU) for several decades uninterrupted. I highly recommend them PCFCU. Fees are minimum and the customer service is stellar.

  Great experience with an auto loan. Fast, friendly, professional, and the best rates. I'll be moving all my personal banking here. Plus, the whole credit union philosophy serves customers much better than a bank.

  This bank is the worst credit union I've had. They just want your money! The services are SUPER OUTDATED. You will be upset. This bank will have you looking at your account upset everyday! They got me out of over $100 within two weeks of opening. I closed IMMEDIATELY
