  Great in-person service 100% of the time. Unfortunately, the phone system is quite a drag and it's no easier to call a specific branch than it would be for one of the larger banking companies. I think everyone's tired of the "we are experiencing unusually high call volumes so expect delays" narrative/lie

  It’s a shame when only one review is posted and, to add to things, it’s inaccurate. Palmetto Citizens is a fantastic CU! I have been a member for roughly 15 years. The people are ALWAYS welcoming and courteous. The rates are always low. Most accounts are free. Branches are clean. What’s not to like? They are like the Chick-fil-A of the banking world. And two months after that last review posted here, I bet you they’d rate them higher. I actually have quite grown to like the new mobile / online system, myself.

  the people at the Credit Union are friendly and attentive. The service is usually very prompt. The rates are good and they take care of all my banking needs.
