  From the start of this home buying process everyone was always there for questions, reassurance, or clarification. Helped get together every piece of needed information and working at an incredibly fast rate! Once contract was signed, he still said he would be there to help us and is even setting up a meeting to let us know what is crucial to state on our taxes. All I can say is thank you so much for walking us through a process that most say is stressful but you made it a walk in the park!

  The Baugher Team was great to work with during both our initial loan to get into a home, and most recently for a cash-out Refinance. They are very knowledgeable, have reasonable rates, answer questions quickly, and helped us jump through some hoops given a more complicated situation. Thanks to their efforts we were able to lock-in a low rate and get our ReFi done with more cash in hand than originally expected.
