  The experience at the Montebello Branch has been wonderful. Everyone is magnificent in providing Excellent Customer Services. The put their passion and desire to assure that the customer (me) is completely pleased. Both with our accounts and security of our funds.   From the moment I walked into the building, the service was great. I went there to open up an account and I was done in less than 30 minutes. It was a great experience. The manager was very professional , knowledgeable and extremely nice . Not to mention the greeting from the teller line was very welcoming . Definitely recommend this branch .

  We use Pacific Premier as our business bank and could not be happier. Chris, Holly and Rosa are all great! They are knowledgeable and ready to help in any way they can. It isn’t just another banking experience where you walk in and don’t know who will be helping you this time, and how they will act towards you.   Absolutely love the Montebello branch of Pacific Premier Bank. The staff is always friendly and genuinely happy to help their customers. Chris, Holly and Rosa are truly like family. I have banked with many different banks over the last 25 years and there really is no comparison. Quality service, and amazing staff that really go above and beyond to help in any way they can.   It is a great pleasure to review this bank. It has an excellent customer service and their employees go far and beyond the call of duty. It is very nice to walk in to a bank and get greeted by their employees who know your first name. Chris and Holy, who I have worked with for many years are great asset to this organization.
