  Our mortgage process with Pacific Beneficial mortgage went incredibly smooth! They were a life saver and a big reason why we were able to purchase our new home. We landed on Pacific Beneficial after working with a few other lenders before, the previous ones did not perform and we turned to Pacific Beneficial to pick it up. We got a whole new experience working with them and the best experience so far! From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone that I worked with including June, Bill and Jason were extremely helpful and very responsive. If I had any questions, I got the answers immediately and I was never 'waiting around'. They are confident in what they do, transparent and very fast in getting things done and moving the process along! I would definitely work with them again!

  Out of all the brokers/lenders I applied with Rowel here at Pacific Beneficial was by far the nicest, most helpful and informative out there! He was very honest, genuine, patient and never once made me feel pressured or harassed like almost all lenders did! He was very committed and extremely easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend working with him!

  Alex Zelada has completed two refinances for our family. No cost loans (not even the appraisal), with rates so low people amazed. He has excellent people skills and appears to genuinely enjoy helping us. He is straightforward and does not waste our time. Calls when the rate is worth the trouble of refinancing. We've dealt with other brokers and we trust Alex to work with us to give us options that are right for us and not for the broker.
