  FOLLOW UP - 3 Years Later: Went in with my dad (only because he was bored and had not yet been into this "pawnshop"). So, sure enough when I walked in, they still had the same junk for sale as they did 3 years ago. I recently Purchased a gold chain from a Trusted Jewelry Store. 14K real Yellow Gold Tested. I decided to see what he would say if I offered to sell it. So I handed it over to him, he looked at it pretended to pick it up with a magnet and then said "its fake" I will give you $20 for it. It was my turn to laugh so I did. I Took it back and and am currently still wearing it. You see, he laid the chain on the table and began to push it around with the tip of the magnet..... he tried to be clever but it didn't work. LOL 3 Years Ago- Walked in with my $400 hoyt bow with broad heads and arrows and brand new strings and top of the line quiver and 5 pin sight and they laughed at it and didn’t even bother to look over it they were very rude. I was only gonna ask $150 for it....but.... their loss. On a separate occasion I brought in a benchmade knife I had for only a few weeks and barely had any wear to it and they didn’t even look at it. Another occasion I brought in my early 90’s model smith and Wesson .38 snub nose, gun was in very good condition and had a leather holster and they laughed as they said they didn’t want it. I bought a marlin 336 rifle from them, I noticed it wasn’t shooting very accurately so I took it to a gunsmish friend of mine and he found that the barrel was bent. I paid $399 for that gun. Waste of money. A lot of their inventory is old. I’ve seen some of the same stuff in there for at least a year. They sell used knives you can buy at Walmart and the pawn shops prices for them are top dollar. Their guns are way to high priced and they won’t budge. JUST DRIVE TO CLAREMORE OR TULSA YOULL FIND WAY BETTER PRICES. Rogers county pawn is really good to. Their was a knife maker in owasso and he made really good knives they ranged from $50-$100 and when he was operating and selling them , owasso pawn would buy them and jack up the price.

  They have always been very helpful .. they call when your pawn ticket is up before they sell your stuff . Other pawn shops around don’t let you know that just put your stuff on there shelves and make you pay full price to get it back … Owasso pawn inc hasn’t ever done that. They are honest fair and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went in to pawn my laptop til my next paycheck because I needed the cash right away, told them what I had, they didn't even look at it, I was told that unless it was an apple brand that they wouldn't take it because they don't have a market for it. I wasn't selling it and would have been getting it back within a month. But they were helpful in telling me where to go. Just felt like they assume people are going to default on a loan and are going to get to keep the item, seems rude.

  Went in to see about selling my watches collection dust in the closet. The dude told me he only bought Rolex and Omega, no Invecta. If the stuff in his cases were Rolex and Omega, I need to sue my optometrist. He offered me $10.00 apiece foe my watches, btw, one was a Seiko, all three we nicer than I saw in his shop. Rude, not empresses at all. Looked more like a going out of business sale at a junk store that a place of business. Will never be back, I don’t need money that bad...

  They have done me right multiple times. And, they are yet to do me wrong. From a customer service standpoint I understand some that might complain a bit about not being treated with the utmost hospitality. Still, these folks aren't going to be disrespectful unless given a reason to be. Understand they are there for the same reason you are. Money. If they don't want/need your item, which will happen often, don't take it personally. They have to do what they have to do to run a legitimate money making operation. The rent of that building/heating/air and all that stuff add up. Nobody is getting rich there. They are doing you a favor, howerver.

  I asked about pricing on a Benelli M2 that was non-functional (broken bolt catch), rusted barrel, mangled & unusable front sight, distorted rear butt pad, missing stock shim kit. I asked the owner how low he would go and he said $1200. The tag on the gun was $1100. At Cabela’s that shotgun retails for $1350. It would cost $300 just to fix it and replace the parts to make it function. They said said didn’t care and somebody wouldn’t check it before buying. They are in it to rip off unwary purchasers. Buyer beware. Owner was also rude about it.

  Very rude!! Wouldn't even look at my $800 camera. Said he didn't know anything about the $500 watch I had so he wouldn't loan against it either. Wouldn't even look it up. But he did notice my big wedding set & said he would take that. Hell no!

  One of the most unhelpful stores I've ever been to. Incredibly unhelpful staff, extremely disrespectful, I don't even think they care. Something needs to change about this place, or else me and my friends can take our business elsewhere.

  Came in to try and sell collectors items and was pretty much laughed at. Shop ran by old ball sacks that have no knowledge of what's valuable. Pathetic really. Don't go here.
