  OSB has been very helpful to our business. Brenda Trump is always right there when I need her. All our needs are met on a consistent basis and the use of the check deposit reader right from my desk is awesome. We just went through the transition to their new platform with out a hitch. Great bank for business!

  This bank treats your money like it's theirs. Sometimes my husband and I need to make larger purchases on our debit cards and we've been denied most every time. The bank says we have to sign a release in order for them to release our own funds even though my husband and I have signed countless releases to give us no spending limits on our cards. It appears that every time you want to make a larger purchase, you have to go to the bank, sign a form, and cross your fingers that they will release your own money. There are some nice people working there but...if you can't get your money when you want it you might as well keep it under your mattress.

  I went to open an account there and because I told them that I was doing "LEGAL" online sports betting they denied me the opportunity to to open an account and refused my money as well as the front door was locked and emoyees looked at me and never approached the door to say anything finally I discovered they let you in the back door. Maybe that's why they decided to censor their account holders despite them being the only local bank listed on points bets website

  I’ve banked with OSB since I was a young child. They have always been helpful and courteous! Their mortgage department was super helpful during the home buying process. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely the next to worst bank I've ever had to deal with... Tried to pay off a mortgage and was basically told that I didn't know how to use bill pay. Turns out the bank "experts" trying to help me didn't even understand their own subcontractor requirements. Next, trying to settle an estate, had to produce documentation twice, even though they had a folder with copies of every document they were asking me to produce. Now, the day before a long scheduled data conversion, can't even pay a bill or access accounts...

  Always some issue with the app. Then it locks you out at the worst time. Like on the weekend after hours. Was stranded 4 states away with no money. NO after hours customer service option
