  I really love the ITM’s. They make it so I have access to a live person later in the day and on Saturday’s. It makes it very convenient to not have to go inside and still be able to talk to a real person. I am impressed that they can do everything at their desk the same as if I was inside. Plus if it’s after hours it’s still a functioning ATM to keep things moving.

  Up until the app "update" I have never had an issue!! If it's not broke then leave it alone!!! I've yet to see any updates on the app!! 8 out of 10 times I can't log in and check balance or any transactions!!! Very frustrating!! Maybe it's time we went out separate ways!! This review is for the app and not the branches!!!

  Love all the people here. Having been banking with them for years. Never had a bad experience. Most of the people know me by name as soon as I walk through the doors. They go above and beyond to help with anything I may need. I now have my grown children banking here also because I know they will be taken care of.

  All I have is one truck loan. They set up account incorrectly the 1st time so I had to go back in and get everything reset. Now I have been trying to make payment for 3 days using the convenience Of my own home ( i have the flu). My on-line account did not recognize me, I called into the bank and they said they could not verify my account information. Now I get to go in for a 3rd time to try to get set up, only this time I will be getting payoff so I can refi at my own Credit Union who always gets things right. This whole loan has been a mess from the start and I would love to be able to get out of it, and would gladly hand truck keys over today!! All I wanted was to transfer money from bank account to loan payment. A simple task and I should not have to go through 3 people to be verified to pay a loan. They want you to be late to collect any and all fees I assume!

  Always enjoy talking to the employees when I come in.Great people very nice.Always ready to help anyway that they can.Been doing business with ornl for over 40 years because of there kindness & always wanting to help.Proffesional staff always ready to help

  Went to the bank to put new money in a cd. Was told to have a seat . 15min. Later i was told it would be at least another 30min. to see anyone because the branch mgr was going to lunch. Poor customer service.

  They placed a hold on account without notified us, after we talked to them the other day to work it out, then refused to give us an appointment to come in and fix what ever they did
