  Refinanced my RV loan with them today. Natalie Glade from corporate started the process yesterday. I went to the McMinnville office to sign. Melanie assisted me during the paperwork. She is new to Oregon State Credit Union, but she was absolutely a perfect professional. She didn't know all the answers but got them quickly from her manager Lesia. I give that Branch all 5 stars plus more if I could. Keep up the great work. More banks need to be like them.

  Always have prompt and courteous service when dealing with Oregon State Credit Union tellers. Drive through is the recommended service area at this time, however, if you have other banking needs, the lobby is open for walk-ins. Brief questions pertaining to your health are asked, and face masks are required to be lowered temporarily for identification purposes.

  Amazing! Would highly recommend over and over! We got our very 1st Auto loan through these guys, and I couldn't wait for a McMinnville branch to open up. I've recently opened a credit card through them as well, and in a few months we'll be hopefully refinancing our new car through them. Oregon State Credit Union knows how to take care of their customers in good and bad times.

  This bank should be ashamed. We’ve banked with them for a very long time, gotten 3 separate loans through them (truck, trailer, & side by side) with no ifs, and, or buts about any of them. Just recently we received an approval through them for $40,000 to trade in our trailer so we can get a toy hauler. Well, we found a trailer, we gave them all the required documents they would need (in person). They gave us an approval (in person) , gave the trailer dealer an approval, & gave us the go ahead. We signed all the papers, dropped off our old trailer with the dealer & take home our new one. After almost 3 DAYS they come back saying that based off of the documents we can’t get the approval for the trailer. Saying that my husband (self Employed with tons of right offs) doesn’t make enough. Mind you they didn’t need any tax info for any of the other loans we have through them& they have never given us any problems before. Once my husband confronted them about what they then proceeded to say that they never gave us or the dealer an approval. Which is false because the dealer has proof. We’ve been fighting with them for a week and everytime we prove them to be wrong on an issue they’re having they come up with another one. I don’t have much to say about banking with them but I can’t tell you enough... DO NOT get a loan through them. They’re very sloppy & like to blindside people. Best of luck.
