  I worked with OneTrust Home Loans in December 2016 - I had a very tight timeframe and they did a fantastic job to help and have a smooth and fast process. We ended up closing in our desired time window - thanks to OneTrust Home professionalism and expertise. I especially appreciated their open communication and transparence: getting frequent updates from them was really helpful for me to get an idea on the status.   As a realtor, I work with many good lenders who are also friends, but when it came time for my wife and I to purchase our forever home, there was only one lender we considered: Suzi Boyle of OneTrust Home Loans. When you work with Suzi, you are family. The decision was an easy one--from my own observation, and having recommended Suzi to many clients in the past, I know the level of service they receive, and the relative ease through which their loan processing happens. That is exactly what my wife and I wanted, and that is precisely what we experienced. One visit, basic information submitted, and with a couple of calls to clarify or provide additional information, we sat back and watched a smooth operation take us to closing.   Be careful of this company they are not trustworthy and are trying to steal 15 thousand dollars my down payment for my loan and refuse to communicate very shady company

  I was looking for solid advice and timely responses and OneTrust went above and beyond throughout the whole process. The best part was that I have never hesitated my loan was to be approved as scheduled. The OneTrust team worked 24/7 to ensure I was informed every step of the way and took all necessary precautions.   We were referred to One Trust Home Loans from a friend of ours who had worked with this company in the past. We were first time home buyers during this experience so we had very little understanding the loan process and all the intricate details. A few months before we seriously began house hunting, Mr Wagner kindly gave up a few hours of his time to answer questions and explain the overarching process to my wife and I. Our representative at One Trust Home Loans, Ian Milefchik, showed great patience by taking his time to thoroughly explain the process to us and answer questions whenever we had any. Ian also showed us how much this company values customer service. The only times we could view houses were on the weekends or week nights. Ian was very prompt to answer any request we had to run numbers or questions during these time of the week. The service was incredible and we could tell that he valued our time and respected us. I would gladly use Ian and One Trust Home Loans again when the time arises and would recommend him to anyone else.

  I was referred to Todd at One Trust by my realtor. He was amazing and was very attentive and thorough in explaining the process. He took care of everything promptly and made the process a lot less daunting for me as a first time home buyer. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a lender! I cant say enough how much I appreciate all he has done throughout the process and how easy it was working with him.

  I will give them 1 star and that is simply for the loan agent that I feel has gone out of their way to help us do everyone's job there. The underwriters took entirely too long. Our papers were passed around to different people almost on the daily. We were contacted by an office to close since they were contacted by Onetrust to schedule the closing. The closing has since been changed various times. My husband and I are upset to the extreme! This is suppose to be a happy time closing on a mortgage and they have made it a living HELL!!! I almost want to tell them all to forget the entire thing. I ignored the one review on here that had a bad experience and it seems to be the most accurate. We are the ones who paid to be treated like this in our closing costs. I feel like I should have just gone with my local credit union.

  Nik helped my brother Colin secure a loan for his first place and he couldn't be happier. I knew nik and the One Trust Home Loans team were a great team of honest people that would help me do the same with my first place. Together I was able to get prequalified and under contract very quickly in a highly competitive market. After gathering my necessary information to get prequalified, nik walked me through the various loan options carefully describing to me the positives and negatives to each and what my optimal debt-to-income ratio should be. Buying a home is a significant investment but I am positive I have made the best choice with their guidance. The One Trust Home Loans team also gave me a budget to go shopping for homes on the market which was extremely important to do beforehand instead of afterward. They told me of all the costs up front and what monthly payments I could afford to make with my income. When it came time to get into the market they also helped guide my partnership with a real estate team which landed me a house within weeks aided by the One Trust Home Loans prequalification. Nik and my realtors worked together to crunch numbers instantly on properties I was interested in. Nik and his team worked incredibly hard for me and I could not recommend them enough to anyone who wants to be sure they have a quality home loan expert on their side who can work with them on the biggest investment of their lives. Thank you guys for all the hard work and for helping me find my first place! :)

  As a first time home buyer, working with OneTrust Home Loans was a breath of fresh air. Olena Matsko worked with me every step of the way & my initial jitters were easily dissipated. With them, no question was too 'silly' & we were easily brought fully into the process. We can confidently say we know what we were getting into 😊 .
