  Lana has helped me two different times and each time she was very instrumental in helping me first be able to navigate online didn't really understand things and she helped set me up. Second time found myself at the end of a scam situation her ability to extract the information as I told it and to put everything down in a coherent way so that the powers that b could do what they needed to do was wonderful she spent several hours with me every turn she was mindful of my feelings and listen to me and walked me through step by step completely invaluable in this situation thank you very much Lana

  Came in to the Safford Branch and was helped by Raquel and was very satisfied with her service . She was super sweet and very helpful. Her asking about my day and making conversation made my day a lot better . She was very fast and very professional.

  Lana helped me immensely. She worked with me several times. She has played a big role in getting my credit up and getting loan's.at first i was unable to navigate online and didn't really understand things she helped me through everything. She has gone above and beyond. She is definitely a big asset to the credit union.

  I had a very nice experience while attending to my banking business at the OneAz Credit union in Safford. Charlene Jura do helped me and was so amazing and nice. She was able to take care of my needs and was very professional and so kind. I definitely recommend seeing her for your banking needs!

  I love AZ Credit Union because everyone is very kind and seem like they actually want to serve you. I just got married too and I needed to add my wife to my account and Jennifer Stauffer was really helpful and welcoming. The staff just seems so friendly.

  My experience here was great. My dad and I went to set up an account for me and it went smoothly. Henry Garcia was a really nice guy who was able to help us and help set it up with no problems.
