  Went in to setup a new checking account, was told to call and setup an appointment with someone. Called two different days, left a message, haven't heard from them since. Not exactly a great first impression when you won't assist me with 0 other customers in your building and won't return my call either.

  I cannot express enough how pleased I have been working with Michael Rounds (Senior Loan Officer). I began researching mortgage lenders several months ago. I prefer to work with a local lender and reached out to One Credit Union where I was introduced to Michael. From my very first interaction, I found Michael to be well informed, empathetic and very efficient with his time management skills. I am looking forward to applying for a VA loan next June and I am very confident Michael will take care of us as we go through the process. Thank you Michael for everything thus far.

  I love this credit union. They recognized me after the second visit. They always have a smile, warm greeting, and are very patient and are more than happy to help you resolve problems. This is the best little bank, or credit union, in the area. I highly recommend them. Donna, the bank manager at the Claremont branch, is an excellent manager. She is courteous, efficient, and always has a smile. Her customer service is off the charts.

  Worst ever! They will kick you when you are down at your worst and kill you with fees! Closed my account today ....sooo happy to get rid of this dark cloud! If you need a bank....Ally is the best......Onecu is the worst!!!!! Pretty happy with Mascoma as well! 12/14/2021 Any time I learn about banking, I reflect on how much One Credit Union in Springfield Vermont hurt me. Please Please Please stay away from this horrible organization. They will hurt you. Hurt you bad!

  I have banked with the Springfield branch my entire life. Many of the staff members feel like family and make transactions super easy for me! Megan Blake is one of my favorites- she is ALWAYS super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I enjoy seeing her when I do my banking. Plus she’s cute!

  Megan was amazing! Always so pleasant to interact with! Makes me feel right at home. She’s always got a smile on her face and when I lost my debit card she was quick to fix everything and get me a new card order! I’m so happy to bank here.

  Community banking is an understatement for what One Credit Union has done for our family. From the tellers to the account representatives to the consultants, all of our interactions with this organization have been filled with stellar customer service. The time and effort they put in to helping us understand our finances and explore the most viable options for a mortgage, refinancing, and any other scenarios that have arisen in our lives just cannot be matched. We always feel like more than a number, we are people with a name, and it is obvious they want us to be successful in enriching our community while maintaining stability. OCU is more than an institution in it for the business, they are engrained in the community and a valued neighbor. Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do to support us!

  Very pleased with the staff in the Springfield Office, especially Megann Blake. She makes the banking experience friendly and stress free! I enjoy coming in to see her knowing with confidence that everything will be handled professionally and with integrity. She is amazing at what she does!

  One Credit Union is the best. I have been banking with them for over 20 years opened my first savings account has a child at ONE. From Marie W. In the loan department to my favorite teller Megan B. She always has the biggest smile on her face!!!! GREAT PEOPLE GREAT CREDIT UNION..

  I have been a member for over 20 years, since it was Bryant CU and have nothing but good things to say about my many experiences whether it be getting a loan or just every day banking. The tellers are always friendly and helpful, especially Megan and Kyndra!.
