      I wanted to make sure that One Credit Union fully appreciates one of it's most wonderful, customer oriented employees with this comment. Mike Rounds of the Newport Branch (&Springfield) assisted us in our recent refinance of a home equity loan and I have nothing but the highest praise for Mike patience, guidance and help in accomplishing our goal. My career was spent in sales and customer service which included dealing with every major defense contractor and I can honestly say that it is a good thing for One Credit Union that I did not encounter Mike Rounds before I retired.       Contacted the local One Credit Union to get a home equity line of credit. Leslee Hayes was assigned to process the HELOC and I couldn't be happier with the service she provided! She kept me in the loop with excellent communication and the process was fast and easy. I will now move all my banking and vehicle loan over to One Credit because of the excellent experience I had dealing with Leslee and One Credit. One Credit succeeds where our other local banks fail. One Credit is a great new local bank!!
