  This was the first time I’ve purchased a home by myself. I didn’t know much about the subject. Shawn and Erika were amazing through the whole process. They were extremely informative.   We sell manufactured homes and our customers need to be approved for a one time close construction loan. We give them a list of lenders to choose from as we are not allowed to direct customers toward a particular lender but ARE able to tell them which programs the lenders offer and everyone who chooses On Q, Shawn Lynch, are very happy. When they pick another lender and things don't go well, we have them take a look at other lenders. When they pick Shawn he always comes through and saves the day. Wish we could send customers directly to Shawn as it would save us all a lot of time and headache. Highly recommend Shawn and On Q.
