  Started out this process as a first time home buyer, having no clue how the process worked. Got in touch with On Q Financial who took me in as a walk-in and immediately sat down with me to discuss our situation. I was paired with Mortgage Consultant Zach G., who went over the process, finances, and credit score I would need to purchase our place. As we were a young family still building credit, needed a little more finances than what we had available and also had a small amount of debt to work on, we left to do just that, work on it! I came back 12 months later, having corrected the issues and we got the process rolling again with On Q! I was again paired with MC Zach. Zach helped us step by step through the process and made all the complicated parts of home buying easy to understand and gave clear direction how to best accomplish each step! In the end we approved for our mortgage(with a low down payment and an excellent interest rate), and now live in our newly bought home! My own personal bank(a big name) took 2 weeks to even respond with someone who could talk to me about a mortgage. I had already begun the process with On Q and am I ever grateful I did!   If you are serious about getting a home, then look no further. The Miller team was great for handling all of my needs. This was my first home purchase and they made it very comfortable for me. Shane, Mark and the rest team stayed in constant contact with information on what the next step was. From the loan application to the closing they were there all the way.   On Q Financial was great to work with from beginning to end! They took away all the stress that I expected from the home buying process. Their communication was great and they got me closed on a USDA loan in about 30 days! The team I worked with went above and beyond in making sure I got the best rates on interest and home insurance. I would highly recommend the On Q team to anyone, especially first time homebuyers like myself.

  Quickest and easiest mortgage process I have ever experienced. Everyone was so personable and professional. I enjoyed being able to track the process of our loan through their app on my phone. I appreciated the fact that we could conduct all of our business via phone or electronically. Mark, Jennifer and Shane were outstanding. I can highly recommend!
