  I have had an account with OOFCU for over 20 years. They treat me well, offer decent loan rates, and my loan officer, Pat, has been wonderful. I've lived all over Texas but have still kept OOFCU as my main checking account. As others have said, only having one location is tough but personalised service makes it worth it.

  I have used this credit union for about 13 yrs. Never had a problem. Great staff. Know me by name whether i come in or call. Always willing to help. Love Kathy, Tammy, and Jeann. They are all helpful.

  I have been with Them for 30 plus years. I have been mostly satisfied with the service and employees. The other review for them seems as if someone decided to use a thesaurus to attack Pat because of some personal vendetta. The only issue I have is that they only have one branch now and at times it can be a hassle.

  Being in a natural disaster is really a hard thing to go through so many creditors are helping and taking care of there customers because that’s the people that make them money ! I get a call from this outfit because my truck is financed through them . Saying I didn’t qualify for extension . What kinda service is that . New cars don’t apply lol . That doesn’t change the fact your weren’t working. Or that a category 4 hurricane blew through the town you live in with mass flooding everywhere . Has anyone else had this problem ? Just wondering

  First and foremost the staff are amazing! Loan department responds quickly. Service is excellent. Won't bank anywhere else!

  DO NOT MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO EVEN SAUNTER INTO THIS DOMICLE OF ENCUMBERMENT. PAT, SINGULARLY CHARACTERIZED THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO BE OF NEOPHYTE ADMINISTRATION. SHE WAS VERY INSOLENT AND RECKLESS IN HER ADDRESS TO JOINT EFFORT. MAYBE THE WHOLE INSTITUTION ISNT ACCUSABLE, HOWEVER; PAT ADVERTISED HER INBECILITY AND SIMPLICITY FROM COMMENCEMENT TO TAIL-END!
