ROBERT MILLER1Not a member, never will be. I moved into a house about 6 weeks ago and have been receiving the previous tenants mail from OECU. I have been sending everything back "Return to sender, not at this address" since day one. At week 4, I called OECU to let them know that the previous people didn't live there any longer. They said they'd contact them to get forwarding information. Today (WEEK 6), I received 5 or 6 pieces of mail from OECU for the previous residents. Called again. Let them know that their mail would now be going in a dumpster since they obviously don't care a whole lot about their member's banking information. They asked if I'd keep sending return to sender. I said why? I've been doing this for 6 weeks and nothing has been done! Now, I'm done!

Aries_Fire 84191This place only cares about the all mighty dollar and not people. I know of someone who had a spouse die and then they got covid and was out of work for a month because of it all happening back to back and this person called to work with payments of any kind and they just put the car into collections and had it repoed. The bank didn’t even try to work with this person at all!!! This person had been on time with payments up until then so you would think this bank would have been more understanding!! I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE to AVOID THIS BANK LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!

DiamondNoah671I have been at this bank for 3 years, very friendly and helpful. No long lines. Auto loan and cc also through them, pay all on line. Update: Something has happened over past year, huge turnover in staff, now customer service is 1 star, on line functions being consistent 1 star, progressing into a better banking system 0 stars, wait in line is awful, computer down or check readers not working. I transferred all business accounts and I have to stay due to so many auto drafts and direct deposits from personal account.

Clay Bailey1TERRIBLE customer service. I received a promotional offer in the mail involving refinancing my vehicle. My truck was already financed through OECU, but my credit score had improved greatly since my initial purchase. So, I entered all of the required information along with the promo code. After not hearing from them a week later, I called. I spoke with a woman who informed me that she would look into it and then get back in contact with me. Two weeks later, still no contact. I called them again. The woman who I spoke with began getting an attitude with me because I did not know the name of my loan officer. She transferred me to another woman who apologized and promised to look into the matter and get back in contact with me... again. Never happened.

Jerrod1The absolute worst financial institution possible was a customer for 10 years. Hope this place crumbles. Update. Wow looking at all the 1 star reviews it's pretty clear that I'm not the only one. Thanks for nothing . Truly.

Sandra Adams5I love OECU. I have been a member since1971 since I started teaching. I love the new locations especially the one in Yukon. We get a kick out of employees because we are always getting extra money for trips. They basically kind of travel with us because when we get back, we tell them about our journeys. Great service, friendly people and help us with our many needs. Sandra Adams

Stephanie B1We have never posted a 1 star rating for anyone before, but we feel it's 100% warranted at this point. We deposited CASH 4 days ago to cover a withdrawal we knew was coming the next day. Cash was very clearly marked twice both in and on the envelope. Cash deposit mysteriously was 'misplaced' the next morning at the branch office causing our automatic withdrawal to be unpaid (giving us a fee with those individuals), and the credit union charging us an nsf fee as well. We have left messages since the day this all happened, but not one person has called back and/or resolved this. We have never in our lives had a financial institution treat us this way. If you think this is too horrible of a story to be real, you are on the right track. Worst customer service we've ever experienced ever.

Joseph Dellasandro1Was promised a gift card after applying for a loan and never got it. I got approved for the loan they said skip the first two months.... that was a lie. They said I had a special case. They did not give me a bank card until 2 MONTHS after my account was opened. Never sent the pin number to it. Had to wait another 3 days. Tried to call on a Saturday a little after 12pm and they said they were close and the hours were Saturday from 9a-1p so they closed EARLY. So don't believe the hours posted here because they clearly set their own hours. I can't say I will get another loan or account with these people. You are not put first.... at all.

Maegan Baskett1Horrible experience with their checking account, when I first tried to log on it was asking me questions about my mother's maiden name but nothing was ever filled out took weeks to be able to log in. They are really slow about doing anything and never get back to you about anything, you have to call them and hope the right person is in. And since they inquiried to many times for me for some reason it made getting another account somewhere else more difficult. AND they start blowing your phone up even when your not late on a payment yet.
