Martin Vadakara5Pretty good. I like using an online teller. Makes it a lot easier than face to face Decided to give them 5 stars. I really like that their wiliness to try new stuff unlike other banks. Its annoying that TD Bank doesn't bother with what OceanFirst is doing for a better customer experience

Brett Pardun2I'll begin to say this bank has very few people who care about doing their job or helping people in general. I've had alot of bad experiences and a decent amount of good experiences, if you get one of the few guys that work there you will probably have a good experience if you get the few ladies who dont want to do her job you'll practically want to leave and just go somewhere else very few people at this location care to help or assist you the other 3/4 employees just want to waste time and go home I can go on for a while about how terrible this bank location is but I'll keep it short. They only get 2 stars from me because of the very few people there who actually want to help

Philip Giunta5On Behalf of my Mom, every experience my Mom and I have had with OceanFirst have been great. Anybody can claim good customer service, but every example where OceanFirst has had a person involved to help solve a problem, OceanFirst has hit the home run. Whether it's Jennifer Eng the Branch Manager in Monroe showing the time and patience to help us work through the difficult challenges of getting a 5 year history of paperwork for Medicaid and working with our 3rd party Senior Financial Planning service to countless times supporting our day-to-day regular banking, she always displayed a friendly - "we can help no problem". Ryan Koepplinger in Jackson NJ too is noteworthy and deserves my thanks to help me, while I was in Dallas on business, help sort through a mess I created with a transfer and Qualified Income Trust mishap. Kudos is deserved all around! Glad we picked this Bank for my Mom because, life's can get a bit complex at times and I know I can count on them! Sincerely,

Patti Snyder1Worst banking service ever, was there Friday, one machine only working and 3 employees who could care less that 7or8 people waiting to cash they're checks. When the bank was in shoprite they were the best tellers and managers.

Mr. Kim2Not liking the NO teller banking. Guess I am just old fashion but I like talking to a teller instead of a fancy ATM. Price of progress I guess... :(
