  I became a new customer of OceanFirst Bank today, in Forked River. First of all, the wait was minimal to open a new account. Just a couple of minutes. Veronica M. was the Banker who performed the service for me. She was extremely thorough about everything involving the account, including how to use online banking and the app. Veronica was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every aspect of the transaction was five star!

  Most bank experiences are dreadful. Oceanfirst (in Lacey only) is fun and filled with camaraderie. I always leave after a good conversation with various people who work there. Leadership is reflected in the attitude of the staff, so its apparent that the management here knows a thing or 2 about respecting and caring for employees.

  The staff at Ocean First Bank in Forked River are always so helpful and cheerful. They make all banking transactions very easy and I almost never have to wait in line. I would highly recommend this branch of Ocean First to everyone!

  All girls are great at the Lacey branch, manager Jen, Kristen, Annette, Joanie, Sarah, Veronica, Mary, Tiffany, Danielle, and Dori. They acknowledge me at all times and are just wonderful girls. Best bank in New Jersey, wouldn’t bank anywhere else!

  I couldn't be happier with the help and service i receive from this bank. I have several business and personal accounts through this branch and never have any problems. Keeping me updated with banking technology and scams is priceless in its own. Not only do I highly recommend this branch i highly recommend this financial institution.

  some one hack our accounts. We walk in and Kristen help us we had 6 accounts that had to be closed and new ones open. Kristen was great. She took her time and help us with everything.

  May I just say this bank is the friendliest bank, and I wish I knew the woman’s name, but she takes the extra steps and always goes out of her way to make my experience great! When I go next I will find out her name she’s a pleasure 😃😃
