ALDO CORTI1Even though the staff is very nice and helpful, the overall function of the bank is getting worse. 1)I did not receive notice of a CD maturity. 2) upon renewal of the CD, the new maturity date does show on the passbook, the teller gave me a handwritten note with that information. 3) The online banking site no longer show CDs maturity dates. As a result I will be reducing my banking at Ocean First and ultimately close all my accounts.

Michele Cione5Love ocean first! FYI Actually I was a teller with your bank long ago when it was Collective Federal Savings and loan... Must say that the chairs the tellers are using are absurd. They are all taped up with electrical tape! That's just crazy. YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE BETTER THAN THAT

The personal service, the friendly and professional atmosphere and attention to detail is tremendous. All the staff are so pleasant and accommodating and the branch manager, Jill is the best. Kevin Winter5First and foremost I highly recommend Ocean First Bank as whole. Over the years I've had different financial institutions in the past and nothing comes close to speed and accuracy of this bank. The Lake Ridge branch is the closest to my home. Everyone and I mean everyone at this location are always, 100% on top of things. Jill and the gang are always helpful for any of your banking needs and even gone out of their way to alert me of potential problems on a personal level. There have been times when I've gone in the front door in a bad mood from something that has transpired at work /home etc and walk out with a smile on my face because an employee tossed a joke, story or something positive that has made my day better. I'm truly lucky to be close to such a wonderful bank and group of people.
