Tyler Brown5The staff at the Hammonton Branch is friendly and knowledgable. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Everyone was wearing masks. My transaction was completed so quickly. I have never felt so welcomed. Highly recommend this bank, especially this branch.

Renee Rotellini1I complained about the ATM only to be told "no one has ever complained" and that I must be attempting to use it when it is being serviced. It is "temporarily" unavailable quite frequently included just a couple of days after my complaint at three o'clock in the afternoon. It happened again today around noon which neither of these times is a good time to be servicing the machine (it's 3:30 now and I am currently waiting for the man to finish loading the machine)! The bank was obviously not prepared for the stimulus checks by not insuring the machine would be full every day this week as stimulus direct deposits are being distributed. Last weekend I watched a deposit go in to my account on Saturday only to disappear Monday at which time a payment I made was returned and I was charged a fee. I wish I had printed it or took a screenshot. The fees are totally outrageous! I'm not rich but the little money I have is quite valuable so I hope to leave this bank soon.

Regina Tell1I didn't even want to give this branch any stars, but it wouldn't let me post my review unless I gave it one. I have had nothing but issues since Ocean First purchased Capital Bank. The customer service that I had gotten accustomed to and loved is gone (except for when the tellers who came over from Capital wait on me). I have had isolated incidents with staff at the branch who are downright rude on more than one occasion. I'm not just a customer but also own stock in the bank, and I'm truly concerned about my investment. The only reason I still have my accounts with Ocean First is Lisa Varesio, who is now in their Egg Harbor City branch, but it's worth it so I don't have to deal with the nitwits in Hammonton.

ShannonSpiffy1Why are you charging a $5 paper statement fee without asking if people even want paper statements? I opted out of them before you guys bought Capital in Hammonton because I don't need them... because it's 2019 and I can check my balance on my phone literally whenever I want to. So ridiculous. And I can't find a way to cancel or opt out of them online because the website looks like it was designed in 2004. Can't wait to call the branch on Monday.
