  My wife and I have found our "forever" bank! We have tried other banks at the Lake and no one can match the awesome customer service and great rates you get from OakStar Bank. I really appreciate how they have helped us both personally and with our business banking needs. I recommend to all of our friends and family to make the move to OSB.

  The staff at OakStar Bank goes above and beyond every time I visit or call them. Opening accounts were very easy when we made the decision to switch banks. They made switching a breeze. I think the relationships I have made with the employees mean the most. They know who I am when I can or walk in. I would recommend them for all of your needs. Ask for April Tate in the Camdenton location as she is the best! Will take care of you.

  If I could put 0 stars up I would. I usually never put bad reviews but....the customer service is horrendous. Certain front desk tellers have zero customer service skills. If you are waiting in line near bank closing they will shut down their station in the drive through and not allow you to do any transactions even if you waiting in line before closing! They just shut their blinds and close up knowing I am right there! I pushed the button for a service request and they respond over the mic "sorry we are closing come back in the morning or do a night drop" even after I explained I have been in line before closing. This is just one offense. I said to myself, well maybe they needed to get their child from day-care or just had a bad day and blew it off and tried to have empathy. Next time I visited I needed some assistance with my account and the front desk teller Crystal had an awful tone as if she did not want to assist me and talked down to me like I was annoying would not maintain any eye contact. I have a strong feeling that their front desk and drive through are not well supervised and customer service is a non-priority which is a shame because I have banked with this company for almost ten years.

  OakStar Bank has the absolute BEST customer service. We have used several local banks, and none hold a candle to OakStar!

  Archaic systems, hardly any web site integration for online customer use and very poor customer service. I am 52 years old and never been asked by a bank for ID to make a cash deposit of $500. Needless to say I changed banks.

  Teller holding the money like we just pulled it out of a dead zombie,step back as we asked a question...perhaps staff would feel better if bank put some type of screen up.."welcome feeling" has gone since bank changed..sad!

  The drive through staff are incredibly rude. If it wasn't for the fact that I deposit my rent t their bank I would not use them.
