  They explained everything. They even went out of their way to let me know when my loans were coming up. They were fair with every loan that I have done with them. They were always nice and understanding. Anyone saying that they were rude are wrong. I have done a lot of business with them and they were nothing but nice to any I have seen them deal with.

  Love this place !! Ive been using Kenny for the last 10 years. Believe it or not they are a Jewler as well. Very trustworthy and honorable. Makes you feel like family. Only person I go to have my jewelry sized, cleaned and repaired. I highly recommend them not only for loans (pawn shop) but jewelry purchasing and repairs. Go see them and tell them Jamie sent you. Worth the trip to baldwin :)

  Extremely rude. They wanted to know what I was looking for before allowing me to enter. I told him I was browsing for video game systems and games and he waved me off. Don’t bother coming here. Go to EBay! I wish I could reply to your lie of a comment directly. Your sign was lit and open and you were at the counter and obviously were there. If you aren’t open, don’t have your sign lit saying your open and don’t be so rude. Regardless, I’ll never go back there.

  A perfect experience! I was never in a pawn shop before and Ken and Juan made me feel comfortable and at ease! They thoroughly explained the loan process and gave me all of my options. Thank you for a pleasant and helpful experience!

  They really took care of me. I shopped around and they have me the best offer for my gold jewelry. I also got a quick education about how the business works. Win win:).. very knowledgeable and courteous staff.

  I dare you to call them and ask any questions. All you will Hear is gibberish. Rude customer service and hardly helpful. Goto lamonicas those guys will help you and tell the way it is. These guys are crazy. They don't understand what's a bezel on a Rolex smh, they r selling it but don't know what they r selling.

  This customer must be on drugs. No one was rude to him and the questions he asked made no sense. We are a pawn shop not an authorized Rolex dealer. We own an 18kt Rolex President with an aftermarket bezel. That is is how is was purchased and that is how we are selling it. If you want a president with a stock bezel go to an authorized dealer and pay $30,000 for a new one any way you want it. If anyone was rude it was you for leaving this ridiculous review for a 2 minute phone call of dumb questions. I am happy for you to take your business elsewhere as this business is demanding enough without more ignorant people asking ignorant questions!!

  Normally when someone is unhappy I know who they are and the circumstances behind the disagreement. In this case i have no idea who this person is or what their beef is. I think they have me confused with some other shop!

  Any sports memorabilia must have a certificate of authenticity from a recognized authentication house. Without a COA we would not consider making an offer. Thank you.
