  Fantastic folks who are passionate about delivering the best experience humanly possible, putting themselves as the ultimate managers of customer experience. Despite COVID supply chain delays, the team keep in touch with constant communication. The team also understood the sensitivity of information, retaining a chain of trust to authenticate and verify team members that interact with the customer (which in this case was me). I was never introduced to a point of contact who handled my information without a clear hand-off/validation. Documents were also shared whenever there were updates, meaning little surprise by the time it came to closing. (With the welcome surprise of a group picture!) Also, feel free to ask your points of contact if they own an NV or Ryan home. I was pleasantly surprised how many of them had personal stories.

  Shawna and Brianna handled our loan. they were soooo good in handling this. they helped us through out the process. as a first time home buyer, we had so many concerns but Brianna and Shawna handled with ease. it is so good working with them on this. everything went on time because they are exceptional in sending the information we needed on TIME. this is definitely not possible without them 🤩. They worked diligently and thoroughly to make sure there was nothing missed and that we understood every step of the process. They did an incredible job keeping us informed and encouraged through what can be a stressful experience.   My wife and I recently closed on our home with NVR Mortgage, and worked with William "Charlie" Hughes as our loan officer. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We happened upon NVR by chance after hearing that it was Ryan Homes' preferred lender. We had investigated options with several other lenders, who all offered very competitive options. We can honestly say that Charlie FOUGHT on our behalf. He was extraordinarily patient with us, took time to understand what we were looking for, explained all the ins and outs of the loan process, and walked us through step-by-step as we moved forward. The deal he was able to get us was incredible, and his doing so was a real testament to his effort, tenacity, and all around desire to just help. We couldn't have been more pleased with this experience and we would HIGHLY recommend anyone who has the opportunity to work with him to do so. He will answer any question you have, and will give you a very transparent and clear answer every time. There were no hidden surprises, fees, charges, or anything out of sorts throughout the whole process (we checked, double checked, and triple checked independently). Having an honest and trustworthy loan officer made all the difference, and the rest of the NVR team only made the experience that much better. Everyone was extremely professional, and it was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish!

  Amanda Glover was our loan advisor with NVR Mortgage. She was a breath of fresh air for the entire process. In our final stages of the process, the pandemic occurred and banks were requiring a lot more details. The process could have been frustrating if it weren't for Amanda. She was sensitive and systematic throughout the entire process. If you're considering getting a mortgage with NVR, I can't recommend Amanda enough. If we decide to use NVR, I hope we get the opportunity to work with Amanda again. Thank you Amanda for all of your support during this process.
