  I filled out an application with Tanner and he never got back to me, when he finally did, it was to tell me he was quitting the industry and Valerie would be taking over his applications. Well I never heard back from her either. Needless to say, I'm glad the process never got started, i would hate to think what it would have been like to deal with a lender with such poor communication. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.

  Sandra was very attentive to our needs and always willing to take the time to explain things when we had questions.   Last year we contacted Sandra to get pre approved but we weren't quite ready to buy and Sandra created a game plan with us to get us qualified and here we are a year late lr just having closed on our home. We are so thankful for her guidance and would definitely recommend Sandra!

  Tanner Plato did a fantastic job of explaining all the options available to us for mortgage refinance. Tanner explained how the online application process would work in a clear concise manner. The NRLM portal made the whole application process very easy and Tanner reached out to us regularly to let us know where we were in the process. Tanner also did an excellent job ensuring that the mortgage came in under the monthly payment requested, with no escrow and no out of pocket costs at closing. I cannot recommend NRLM or Tanner Plato any more highly. Tanner and NRLM exceeded my expectations. Great job !!!! Excellent experience!!!
