      I have to make a change to a previous post. Norway came trough to fix my issue and worked outside of policy to do so. It was a good move which proved that they are responsive on an individual level. Kudos for your agility and local accountability. An organization is tested by adversity and is given an opportunity to be defined by it's response to a problem rather than the problem it's self. Norway passed the test in my case and gets my endorsement as a contientious organization.

      I had to open a HSA and chose NSB becuase they do all of my other banking. They were wonderful to work with and even though I showed up right at the end of the day they never once hinted at being annoyed.
