  I have been a member of NorthWest Federal Credit Union since 1984, and never once have I been disappointed in the services which it has offered me. In every way NWFCU has demonstrated that it puts me first as its customer, bending over backwards to make obtaining car loans and mortgages a painless process. The staff has always been extremely professional and courteous to me. Highly recommended for anyone who is eligible to join.

  This is the best branch for customer service. Overall NWFCU is well managed and led by superstar Mr. Bentley. Ms. Tara, the Service Manager was fantastic, very cordial, supportive, and made sure our experience was smooth. Thank you NWFCU for caring for the community. The Chantilly Branch rocks because of people like Tara, Jan and the others...THANK YOU AGAIN!!

  Things used to go well with the bank and now since the past year the place has fallen apart. The atm machine is always having problems especially after hours. There new system update wouldn't allow me to see my business account for a month and I called over and over to get it fixed.dont recommend this bank if you run a business.

  Really like your outdoor ATM which dispenses 20s of course, but also 10s and 5s. Saves from going indoors during the pandemic to get smaller bills from a store clerk. p.s. unless you are a credit union customer or your bank reimburses ATM fees, just to note this ATM fee is $4.75.

  Customer service is great and they do their best to help everyone they speak with. Excellent service across the board. For those of you who would like a genuinely helpful decent person to help you, I strongly recommend getting an appointment with Teresa. This is the best financial institution ever.

  The staff is always helpful at the Chantilly Crossing Northwest Federal Credit Union. You can also enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while transacting business there.

  BEWARE! Do not, I repeat DO NOT involve yourself with this company. Northwest Credit Union is the worst financial institution ever. Terrible customer service.
