  I have to say that NWCU has been there for me and my family. I got a great car loan with them with an excellent interest rate and I got the rewards credit card too. I have always experienced excellent customer service and professionalism at this branch as well as over the phone. During Covid shutdown they were very caring and understanding about financial hardship and cheerfully worked with us to help with an extension on car loan payment. Thanks for being there NWCU 👍💪👋

  I paid off my auto loan with Northwest Federal credit Union several months ago and they still have not issued my title to the new lien holder nor myself. This was after they assured me inside the bank in person that the title would be sent to them. Months later after I find out it hasn't been sent still I called the bank and found out they never closed the loan even though I paid it off. They assured me they would close the loan and immediately send the title to the new lien holder for which I provided an address. Over a month later they still have not done this. Do not expect any type of regular service from this credit Union, they cannot perform the most basic functions.

  It's impressive on what they admire is the best know solution for public cooperation in financial terms which is cool to be in the event for important transaction, assistance, and guideline to instruct customers on what they must proceed.

  I spent well over an hour here trying to get an auto loan. The manager that helped me typed information into a computer then somebody off-site was reviewing it. The manager couldn't really answer questions as everything was controlled by this off-site person. I was eventually denied. I just finished paying off a 6 year loan here with 100% on time payments and have 0 credit black marks anywhere. I thought the bank I had a relationship with would be my best solution for a similar loan but for whatever reason they did not value this. I tried discussing the possibility of a down payment but was told this is not possible. After denial, I asked if there is a counter offer or possibility of a lower loan amount, and I was told no, just a flat denial. I was hoping if I was denied I could have a conversation about what is realistic, but walking into this branch was no better than applying on line and letting an algorithm decide. 2 hours later I was approved elsewhere and am enjoying my new car. I was able to make a down payment and have a conversation about strategies to get approved, unlike at Northwest. As soon as everything is finalized with my old Northwest loan, I will close all accounts here.

  Service at this location is horrible the teller was extremely rude there were about 5 people working and I asked NICOLE if someone could help the person behind me her response to me was NO although they had people standing around I told her he needed a card printed as well she said regardless they can't print 2 cards at once. The teller next to her could've set him up in que I will no longer be banking here I'll take my money elsewhere please teach employees how to to treat cutomers

  NWFCU is terrible and its member services are useless. I am leaving it. I can't anymore.

  Excellent service, the lowest rates, efficient staff, helped me in everything and thanks to their support, I stopped paying high interest, the process was fast, happy with their highly recommended services.
