  Absolute trash. Have called and told them n multiple occasions to quit allowing “overdrafts” and they won’t. Every time we turn around the money isn’t either showing accurately on the bank app or we’re being double hit by a bill and a double or even triple over draft charge. Never met a more incompetent bank corp in my life.

  I mostly use the Northwest banks in Muncie because at least they have reasonable hours. This bank has what we in the medical field call “princess shifts.” Their open hours are not feasible to the majority of working Americans. They used to be open for a whopping 3 hours on Saturdays so when you couldn’t make it through the week you could on a day off, but now they don’t even do that anymore. I imagine it’s only a matter of time before this branch closes.

  Banked with Mutual for 15+ years. Things started look bad shortly before Northwest took over. Things just went down hill from there. They don't have hours that you can reasonably visit the bank and they held my pay roll checks for 2 days if I did not drop them off in the bank, which the hours made impossible. Their web access is hit or miss whether it works or not. I pulled my money and went elsewhere.

  Very nice people, but this branch closes earlier than they're supposed to. Says they close at 5. Got here at 4:50 and the doors were locked. Not a good way to keep a business.

  Hi Randie - thanks for the note. Our apologies as it looks like our hours on Google for this location were wrong. They were right on our website so I'm not sure where Google got those hours from. We will get those updated ASAP. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.

  Bank would not transfer from savings as promised. Bank charged fees as a result of their own unwillingness to transfer from savings. Do not bank here it is a SCAM.

  No its not a nice bank. I was hung up on for not understanding something. The people there are rude. Will take my business somewhere else!
