I was a customer for 17 years. They changed my account type and stripped my benefits with 1 month warning to line their pockets in Warren, PA. The only money I want going to PA is in Pegula's pocket when I buy Bills stuff. Go to a credit union instead. They don't care about customer loyalty.

I would seriously STAY AWAY from this bank. They will take out ACH checks before they credit any deposits you have made, EVEN when you have made cash deposits and ATM deposits before you ever wrote the check. NO other bank that I have used in the past few years run ACH, then add deposits, THEN charge you a returned check fee. Look into Citizens Bank or anywhere else before you go here.
