  If I could give zero stars I would. We applied for a heloc months ago. February 1 we received an email that the loan was conditionally approved and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to upload to our account. It's been well over 8 weeks and we still don't have a helco. Trying to get ahold of someone to address the issue has been a headache and the person that is assigned to the loan doesn't seem to know what they are doing. We were told a week and half ago that someone would call about a notary so the heloc could get upgraded and we never heard from anyone. The person at the branch closet to us doesn't ever seem to know anything. I use to work a credit union and did helocs. It shouldn't have taken this long for us to get funds. How ridiculous.

  I strongly do not recommend using this credit union. They locked out my account so that i could not make a payment to my credit card and then called me complaining that my credit card was not paid. When I told the collector I would pay it as soon as they made my account usable so that I could pay it, he started to talk very rude and tried to verbally brow beat me before he hung up on me. Unprofessional. Not worth my time.

  I use this credit union as a shared branch location and have always received excellent service. I've never had to wait...longer than a minute or two. The double entry/exit doors make it feel very safe, although they haven't been working lately. They're open til 6pm which makes going after work convenient. This an update. February 2021 They do not conduct shared branch transactions 'right now'! (bummer that what I used them for, oh well I can still use the fee free ATM) April 2022 UPDATE Well, I've had to find a different 'shared' branch credit union. This location no longer supports shared branch banking (I bank with a different credit union & this credit union agrees to allow simple transactions such as withdrawls & straight deposits along with the use of the ATM for no fee) no fee free ATM either! Bummer because it was close to my home. Oh well I'll find somewhere else .

  dont ever get this credit union. they have the worst credit and fraud department ive ever seen. during covid was trying to work with them to pay monthly credit bill and they sent my bills to collections after they said they wouldnt and would work with me. which lead to them suing me for the money. go with navy federal credit union

  Seems like time and time again i can’t get stuff done. I sold a car that I had loaned through Northrop Grumman credit union. I was paid via cashiers check. Then i was told the check was to big to deposit. (There are no local banks near me). Once we found work arounds, i finally was able to pay the car off. Now i can send the title to the new owner. Except it has been a month, i still have yet to receive the title. Each rep gives me a different status and different dates. The last call, 5 weeks after the sale of the car, i received no status. “System is down. Sorry sir. We cannot help you”

  The reviews on google maps are fixed. Mine are being censored. I do not recommend doing business with this credit union.

  Very displeased with the unprofessional call representative. The call representative was extremely disrespectful and gave me a hard time to transfer me to the supervisor whereas I left a message for a call back and it’s been almost 7 days now with no call back. I still would like that call back if customers concerns matter.

  This is a update on my early review I’ll definitely take back the bad review. After talking with Pam(HELOC Manager) She explained to me all about the HELOC Details. BTW she’s a great asset to that company- she sold me on on a HELOC with great terms and great customer service as well I’m thinking on refinancing all my properties. Thank you so much Pam and Lucille One more happy customer.

  I applied for a home loan on April 5th. Representatives keep holding us in hostage situation. Today is May 6th. They are still playing send this, send us that, bring this, bring that. Ordinarily home loan doesn't take no more than 20 days to complete. If it wasn't for having good interest rates I would have dumped them long ago.
