  Erik is wonderful! I would definitely work with him again. He knows what he is doing and made the process painless. He was responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Actually working with him was the most pleasant part of the process of buying our new home!

  Erik Engebretsen was the best loan officer I've ever worked with. He was willing to do everything it took to get our loan closed quickly, even though the industry was overburdened with so many closings (in Oct 2020). He was diligent and cheerful and I will only work with him from on!

  Erik and his team made the lending process as easy and streamlined as possible. He was extremely responsive, pleasant, and reassuring from the get-go. Erik has a knack for explaining the ins and outs of the mortgage industry clearly and concisely, and, finally, he worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with each step of the process. At the end of the day, we very much felt like we were all on a team and he was the confident leader at the helm. I could not recommend Erik highly enough.

  My lender was extremely on top of things as well as communicated very clearly and effectively. I was so pleased with my experience. Geoff Stratton is the best! I was under contract and doing my loan through my credit union and they backed out a week before close. Geoff swooped in and saved me, extended the close date and we closed smoothly. I am so grateful.

  The Fairway team was prompt, professional and trustworthy. Larry Jordan told us up front what he could do for us and kept his word ever step of the way. When we called he answered or quickly called us back even on Sunday. Larry and his team explained every step and process. It felt like they were fighting to get us our dream house and they did. Everything he told us was the same from start to finish no surprises. Even our realtor was impressed with Fairway. I was asked by our homes seller to use his broker, we trusted Larry and Fairway enough to risk losing 2 grand in earnest money to stay with Fairway and I'm so glad I did. These reviews are true they are the best I've ever dealt with, honest trustworthy hard working good people. Thank you Larry and the Fairway team you guys made it happen for us.

Scott is consistent, he stands behind his word, and if he doesn’t have the answer to your question right off, he’ll get back to you with the most accurate answer.
