  Rob Von der sitt and Maria the loan processor from start to finish were extraordinary. Every step of the way the process was seamless! The most important part, they saved me and my family a substantial amount with our refi! Rob's timing and decision to lock in the rate when he did was invaluable because right after we closed the rates were starting to climb. In addition to the rate lock was the quick turnaround from the initial application to closing on a substantial loan amount. Northpoint Lending Group has been my lending resource for decades and it shows with their expertise! Great job Rob and Maria!! The Pullano Family!!!

  I was referred to North Point Lending from a very close friend and business partner. Once I was introduced to Rick he took over and walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I started off with two projects in Chicago. Me being a contractor building and rehabbing homes since 2001 North Point Lending has been the best lender I have dealt with period. From previous lenders my biggest thing that drove me crazy was submitting documents to get draws out on my construction loan. With the help of Jessica that process was so smooth it made my life much easier. North Point lending is without a doubt the lender you want to do business with. I'm very grateful for the introduction to North Point Lending and I'm  also very grateful that they have opened there door to me with open arms to do business with them.   We recently dealt with Northpoint when we purchased our second home in Florida. We currently reside in Illinois. Maria was phenomenal and made the whole experience painless.   I did my original home loan with Rob at Northpoint 10 years ago, a 30 year fixed, and then just recently refinanced at a lower rate. At every point in the transaction, Rob was on top of everything and seemed to master all of the details. It was great to know that as you sign a mountain of documents, and plow through a million little details, someone is watching out for everything. It was more than just a great rate on a mortgage, it was a real consultation on what the right thing to do is, and then excellent execution on the details.

  As a Realtor, I have had many transactions for over the past decade with Rick on owner-occupant and investment properties. He always gets the job done efficiently, professionally, at very good terms, and on schedule. Maria is also top-notch. The progress reporting and follow up are first class. At every level of my refinancing, they made it clear to me what we needed to do to get to the next step and how far we were away from completing the new loan.
