  Had a few interactions with Joe over the phone about a firearm transfer. I would recomend these guys for both the transfer price and just good people.

  I stopped in within the last week or so and dealt with the younger guy named Joe. He was extremely rude the whole time. He pulled up the itemS online I was trying to sell and he figured he’d sell them for approx $540 - he offered me $130 for the items.. it’s poor customer service to tell someone to their face you want to screw them. I told him that’s fine, but no thank you,and thanks for your time. He then screamed at us for “wasting his morning” - me and my wife were there for maybe 10 min. If you can’t provide customer service you should probably get out of retail. If you want someone to try and screw you, come see these guys! - And if you see their reply below, it just proves my point of how bad their customer service is. He denies it happened and calls it a “fake review” LOL - stay away from this Sh*t Box

  Hi, this is Joe. I have never once screamed at anyone for "wasting my morning". I am of full belief that this reviewer is mistaken about multiple points in this review. I would be very willing to talk with the reviewer if they feel they aren't mistaken. Since the reviewer has left 4 reviews from out-state MN and ND, all being 1-star, I question the validity.

  These guys give fair prices have been there many times in the past few years, they always gave me the number I had in my head or close too.

  Got a vacuum here for 1/9th it used retail. They might not have an in-house repairman, but thanks to that you can find (via FB Marketplace) deals for easy fixups for a fraction of the retail cost/worth. Thanks guys, Recommend! *Disregard local Police comments and just be a good driver.

  Good place, have sold and bought and gotten loans, always helpful. Everyone there has been nothing but nice, they even let me in to make a purchase a " couple " mins before opening. Good varieties of everything

  Stay away from this town unless you like to be harassed and ticketed by the local police. Officer Hagen apparently is trying to make a name for himself and is already well known in town and about. After my bad experience while driving through town, I have spoken with others who have also experienced his wrath. I will bring no more business to this town.

  I've bought a few things here and they are helpful and fair on pricing. They have also been responsive with online communications and friendly in person. Some of the reviews people have left here are ridiculous.

  THE place to go for all of your gaming needs here in the bustling town of Isanti. With a wide range of classic retro games and new triple A titles, you might want to leave your credit card at home if you don't want to lose it all here at northern pawn.

  They give great prices and are very fast. This is the only pawn shop I will ever be using!
