  I had applied for a loan and due tonCovid it went through a couple of hands and quickly reached Elvin Palacios, who was able to process all my paperwork and was on the phone with me immediately and was able to complete the process in 8 hours. Elvin was informative, friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for your help!!! Highly recommend.

  Saturday 2/16/21 I ended up at the Saco branch due to another bad experience at the Sanford branch. I have to say Jan the head teller is the nicest and patient person 😇. She took the time to help me out after arriving 5 minutes before closing. Jan did a lot of investigation work to help me out on cashing a bond that was from 2 marriages ago. I would recommend Jan to help anyone out. Going to write a very bad review for Sanford branch 😠 Thanks again Jan Lisa

  I go to this credit union every Thursday to deposit my check. Of the 4 times I have been there, there have been NO customers but I am made to wait at least 10 minutes. Jan always says she is training people but, today, they were doing a mail deposit and made me wait. I was VP of a bank for 25 years and if I was in that position, I would've canceled the transaction and waited on the person in front of me. What better way to train than with a live customer?

  I had the pleasure recently while on vacation to my old home town of Saco to open several accounts at this branch. The personal care, attention, and support shown by Westley Tucker, branch manager, was well beyond any bank/CU I have used in the past decade (both brick and mortar and on line). My accounts were a bit on the complicated side, and Wes and his team, suported the process all the way to completion with emails and phone calls since I do not live near. Great rates + customer care is hard to find in one place. Usually you can have one or the other. I highly recommend this branch if you want some old time personal customer care and service.
