  I was at the bank in North Conway on an EXTREMELY busy day. I was looking to open a checking account. I waited in line for quite some time. The first available teller told me NO WAY is it possible to do it today. A nice young man named Riley that was working next to her said he would make time. If I didn't mind waiting. So he helped get the lines down. As he said he helped me open my account. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me with all my banking needs while giving me his undivided attention as to what I was looking for in a bank. He went above and beyond his job. If you are ever lucky enough to have him as your teller you will see what I mean. Hats off to you Riley northeast credit union is lucky to have such an attentive employee. You deserve a raise or promotion. Thank you for making my banking experience a great one! Dawn Garza

  I had a very meaningful experience with Northeast Credit Union. Everyone was very nice especially Riley who helped me with a loan.   My wife and I met with Jeff from the North Conway branch on two occasions. He was extremely helpful, friendly and he provided us with the appropriate information so that we could make a decision on a loan product that would be suitable for our needs. We highly recommend Jeff and the people at Northeast Credit Union.

  We recently refinanced our car at NECU. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions and made the switch easy and painless. So very happy with NECU and the staff who are always helpful. And a big shout out to Kassie. Kassie went out of her way to help me get my phone info set up. She was polite, always smiling, and patient.

  Madie in Conway was very helpful and was so nice to talk to. I have been dreading making the switch from a big national bank (that we have grown to hate) for a long time, but I finally bit the bullet, and I am so glad we did. The process was straightforward and simple, and Madie walked me through every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to make the switch process as painless as possible.   My wife and moved to the Mount Washington Valley a couple of years ago and have since migrated the majority of our financial needs to Northeast Credit Union. I recently worked with Branch Manager Jeffrey McLellan on a HELOC and the process has been very smooth and informative!

  having to revise some of our accounts the young man whose name is Riley was our teller and not only helpful, but extremely courteous. In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing riley was a breath of fresh air. we only wish there were more like him. Gold Star, Riley

  I believe the two women who helped me judged me based on my clothing (dirty construction clothes) and did not believe that I knew what I was doing with my own money/ when I asked them for help they were very condescending. The younger of the two also interrupted me immediately once I started to speak after she greeted me. It doesn’t take much to be kind and not open your mouth in the middle of somebody talking.
