  I've been with this bank for 7 years. They have screwed up on several of my transactions and I've had to go through such a hassle to get things fixed. I've also applied for a loan through them and was told that it should be no problem for me to get it only to be told I didn't get it and yet I have great credit. It's nice to know that this bank has my money and I've been a loyal customer of theirs but they aren't willing to work with their members. I guess it's time to switch banks.

  After visiting the Morrisville branch multiple times I can say that they have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. After one negative visit, I could understand if it was just a teller having a bad day but each visit their customer service becomes worse. My husband and I have used other branches of NCFCU and have never had a problem. I would NOT recommend using the Morrisville branch.

  They have very competitive rates and I’ve always received great accurate service. I’ve used their services for about 6 years, usually the Morrisville or South Burlington Branches

  I have been with this bank (mostly using the Morrisville Branch) for 4+ years. Multiple deposit and credit accounts. Could not be happier with the efficiency and customer service!

  It took days for an approval for a car loan. I was told I was approved,then last minute I wasn't . I went to union bank got approved instantly. No smile and unfriendly service at north country credit union. The web site is terrible and got cut off repeatedly after trying opening a saving account for the loan. I mentioned this and got no reply after explain in this and didn't even get an account number. I wouldn't recommend this place or go back again.

  Have always been treated well when visiting the branch, and love the checking option they have to earn more. Deposit rates here are generally better than other credit unions in the state.

  I've been with this Credit Union for almost 2 years now. I love the ATM fee refund and cash back bonus (6$) per month! Simply AMAZING!

  Horrible place. Perhaps it’s this branch. Co-signed a car loan for my sister (after multiple days of trying to get into contact with them for this loan), then decided I wanted to try and do a personal loan to consolidate some debt and not have to run another credit report. I went in and met with someone, told me some options and said I had to talk it over with my boyfriend. Called them 30 minutes later, (10:30 am) got no answer, called two more times that day and nothing. I called again the next day, and no return call again!!! Started working with a different agent at the same branch and she called me a few times, wanted me to close one of credit cards, and then she stoppped calling me back as well. NEVER GOT ANYTHING ACCOMPLISHED. Went to NEFCU, who is the only place I had previously used, and was done within 30 minutes. NEFCU was very professional, and put the effort in to calling their customers back.

  I have had nothing but debit card issues. Every month or so my debit card stops working. And I recently went to get it replaced and the lady at the window starting raising her voice at me saying it's not my card and going on an on about other stuff when it was my card. The way I got treated the other day was not ok. I don't recommend the Morrisville branch at all.
