Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Superb fraud department! Honestly I can't say enough about the priceless experience with this bank. They have gone above and beyond their duties to protect my identity!!! This is unfortunately a problem many people are having because of internet hacking! Worst banking experience I've ever had. I'd give zero stars if I could. It takes days for transactions to show online. We literally ordered something online, took three days to receive it, and it still hadn't showed up in our transactions. That is just one example...Over it!
