There online banking is absolutely terrible and very sketchy. And family members that were not on my account, were given information about my account.

My son had an original cahiers check that they've been refusing to research. He said that he wanted to close his account & the manager said that the cashiers check was expired and nothing could be done. He then said that he wasn't closing his account & she refunded the $ for the cashiers ck. He went to someone else and cancelled his account. I certainly will not be putting my $ there!
