      My dealings with this Credit Union have been less than pleasant to say the least. Margie is an absolute displeasure and quite frankly, the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in a professional setting. I bank with a Credit Union in Virginia and I can assure you if they treated me like this Credit Union, then I would move my accounts the same day.

      If you plan on moving make sure you transfer your loan to another bank. Their online/mailing tools are poor. Never had a bank not have todays standards for bill pay. Great people, good rates, terrible software and systems

      Horrible experience at this bank today. The people were not straight forward about wait times and inconsiderate of my own limited time that I made the teller aware of from the beginning. No one told me about needing cash to open an account while I was waiting fifteen minutes so by the time it was time to finally begin opening the account I did not have time to go out and get cash and come back. Thanks for the time wasted! I could’ve made more progress visiting another bank.
