  I Worked with Bill Diaz on my refi. I will try to be honest and fair in my review on Bill. At first I was amazed with service and acknowledgment I received. Bill was very helpful and responsive in the beginning stage. Once application/ credit pulled and moving forward,I felt neglected. He was humble at first and around to answer any question, later on I felt like I was another application. I was receiving emails to sign things that I did already (without an explanation) At some point he was nowhere in the process and I was dealing entirely with underwriter. I would still recommend NJ lenders. This is my experience with Bill. In the beginning it was very pleasant as soon as we got A few weeks into the process I was left alone and not the same touch and was asking for an update because I was not getting any updates. I was the one seeking updates. Emails are sent to the wrong emails. He became a different person than the first interaction I had with him. No communications when expected, and delayed responses. Lastly today I asked him a question about my 1st payment and he gave me an attitude and unsatisfying answer. The letter I received is confusing and instead clarifying things for me he made things worse and unsatisfactory. Again I would still recommend NJ lenders and I might have a better experience next time.
