  New Penn came through for me again with flying colors! Jeff found an outstanding option for me and guided me through the process faster than I could’ve imagined. It was so much faster and easier than I expected and Jeff and team were there with me every step of the way. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Don’t get your mortgage anywhere else.

  I wanted to take some time to let you know how pleased, no thrilled I am at the service I received from Casey. Everything I needed or asked she was able to answer and explain in a way I could understand. She was so professional and friendly at the same time. I was not treated like a number of just another client, but a real life human being. To give a little background, I started looking to refinance my home in late November. I first called my current mortgage company, and they told me there was nothing they could do to help. I believe it was due to the fact I was asking for cash out. Of course they have never really wanted to talk about anything, just wanted their money. I called 2 more companies and got the same answer... "Sorry, but at this time we cannot help". The common response was I had too much debit. Really!? Why did they think I was asking for cash out? I knew the value of my house was more than my loan, and with cash out I WOULD NOT have all that debit. I could easily afford a higher mortgage payment then also. Skip forward to December, and a mailing that at first I was going to just toss. The company was New Penn Financial. I thought ok, give them a call. The worst I will hear is no... I looked online and read some reviews. Most of the ones that gave low marks seemed to be people that has patience issues. Shoot this process s NOT an overnight deal. Not like a car loan where you get approval in 20 minutes. Anyway, the name I had as a contact was not available so my call found its way to Casey. Within 10 minutes I heard "I don't see why we couldn't help you". My heart stopped... I asked are you sure? After more info she said YES, and off we went. I gathered the info she needed, signed forms that were sent to me, and asked many, many questions. I kept waiting to hear something like "why so manu questions", or "are you dumb"... but nope, every question answered, every concern put to rest. I have heard "no" to so many things in my life that this was a bit of a shock. I mean yeah I got a mortgage originally, but this was different as I needed cash out. Casey worked numbers and figured out what debit could be included in the loan. Even with a higher mortgage payment I am saving money each month. Could you ask for more? I think not! In closing let me say that Casey is one to hold on to. If it gets out how well she does you might have other companies trying to take her away from New Penn... I am so please and so happy with her service and how everything she worked on turned out. Please thank her again for me?

  I never new refinancing could be so simple! NewRez made it effortless to refinance my home and Jeremy Wetmore was great to work with and extremely transparent and responsive. I highly recommend the team at NewRez.

  This entity failed to send my statement on a timely basis, so I made my regular payment on a timely basis. I subsequently received the statement and learned my payment had increased. Accordingly, I mailed the difference immediately. When I received my next statement, I found the payments had not been properly applied and that I was deemed to be past due When I called to get the situation resolved, I continually was told everyone was busy. I was able to leave a message for some one to call. No one did and they still have not. Meanwhile, I received notification that I may get reported to the credit agencies for failure to pay on time. VERY SLOPPY OUTFIT.

  My mother is 81 yrs old, she needed lower payments on her house. So we contacted New Penn Financial, and talked to Carl Hoff. My mother had a lean on her house so with his help, along with talking to him whenever we needed, I was able to get the lean cleared on my mothers house. Not only that but her house payment is now a fixed rate and lowered, also a much lower home owners insurance. After all of his help my mother also left with much better credit. We were able to contact him anytime we needed and came to him with any questions we needed answered, he was always there to help! Thank you so much Carl Hoff! You helped my mother so much!

  I'm giving this company a 3 star because I have been with this company for about 4 years now. And havent have a single issue until recently. It started that wheni wentvto refianace my home for the first time ever! And was under way... was flying through the process. Until it came to an abrupt halt. The processor at the time instead of finishing out the process when on vacation and held up the finalizing. I called multiple time and the time kept changing for completion from day to day. Needless did not get the refinance due to being laid off from work. However was told if she didnt go on vaction the process would of been done. Moving forward... I been on the phone nonstop with new rez because of a shortage of money in escrow. I paid the shortage and no adjustments were made and now being told (after speaking with 5-6 customer service reps) that it would be 3-5 days. And just today I was told I got wrong info and owe more then what they said I owed and what to website showed. So i paid money that went to nothing. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was told they are in a meeting currently and and will have to call me back or I can wait 35-45 mins on hold. Well here it is 5 hours later and no call back. This company seems to be more worried about their own pocket the actually helping and explaining. It seemed to of gotten worse once they switched to new rez from new penn! Sad... comsidering leaving and going else where.
