  I guess I have to give a star? Anyways I went in Wednesday morning around 10am. I told them I lost my debit card and needed a new one. They said it would be ready by the afternoon on Thursday. I didn't hear from anyone from the bank and I get off after the bank closes. I go back Friday still nothing. It is now Sunday and I have no access to my bank or money. This is horrible service. I have been without money since Thursday. Thanks New Era Bank. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommended this bank. I can't believe you guys replaced commerce bank. They were 1,000,000 times better.

  I went today to pay a balance I owed that was $400.00 dollars. I handed them a $15000.00 dollar check to fix the account and to cash the check. They would not take the money to pay the account or cash the check. I was turned away, they didn't take the money or cash the check to fix the account. This is the most insane thing I have ever heard of. They are rude, inconsiderate and obviously don't care about there customers. I will be paying the amount owed to them but I will never bank there again and I am letting everyone know they don't take care of there customers. Go somewhere else.

  Absolute con artists and rip off kiNgs not mention the fact that they are rude as they rip you off. Avoid them like they are the plague and save yourself a lot of time trouble and money. I put one star only because negative stars are not allowed F you new erA scam artists

  Very nice people to do business with. The only thing I wished they would do is go back to free checking.
