  This was the second time we used Theresa's services for our mortgage needs. Theresa always answers her phone when able, and when you have to leave her a message, she returns your call very promptly. Theresa also responds to emails and texts promptly; she supports you straight through the process. Theresa's many years of experience is apparent. I was confident that the guidance she provided was honest and on point.

  Theresa was an excellent Loan Consultant and was there with me every step of the way. She was able to educate me on the process and answer any detailed questions I had for my particular case. She went out of her way to make sure I knew what I was doing and was comfortable with any decisions being made. She was great!

  Absolutely horrible experience with Theresa. She approved us for a loan, we found a house, put an offer on it, it was accepted and we were in the process of closing and Theresa pulled our loan stating that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac changed thier policies. After investigating this, it was found that this was completely untrue. Dishonest and lacking ethical integrity, I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. I will never understand how she can do that to a family and sleep at night especially knowing that she flat out lied. Additionally, she told me that if I paid down my credit cards (which I did) she could get me approved for around $200,000 only to find out that she only pre approved me for $150,000 max. I even stopped looking for a month when I was doing what she advised me to do. Now, because of her negligence, I am in a tough position to find a home because I had to go to another lender and start the whole process over again. She proved herself to be dishonest and incompetent I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
