  Tanya Adyt is the most Amazing wonderful person to work with!! When we called we were so lost and feeling as if there was no light at the end of our tunnel. TANYA was so supportive and helpful it was wonderful to know someone out there really cared for our wellbeing most craziest thing is she didnt know us at all!! She is very professional and kind!! It was meant for us to come together with this there were times we almost gave up but TANYA never gave up on us!! Found out Aug 31st 2021 we had the clear to close on my BIRTHDAY!! I just want everyone to know if your a first time home buyer and need the BEST...her name is TANYA ADYT!! She will go above and beyond for anyone I truly believe!! Feeling BLESSED Thank you Tanya truly a great great person!!! Dreams really do come TRUE!!

  Tanya was incredible to work with. I called her 18 months before I bought my house to ask for advice. Even back then, not even a customer yet - she took time to help me get on the right track to be able to make the final payment possible. Walked me through all the steps, was patient and genuine.   Tanya does a phenomenal job! Tanya is a high-speed individual that knows her job well. She was able to help me to pre-qualify through the beginning to the end (a matter of months). The first-time round I was hesitant to tell Tanya about my situation after I had qualified but unfortunately, I had left my current job and found a contractor job that turned the table. Which led to not qualifying for the loan anymore. I was out of hope, but Tanya gave me moral support and told me she will be there for me when I am in a better financial situation again, I can reach back out to her. After having my baby and about 6 weeks postpartum I was fortunate to find a new job that paid more. As soon as I was in my 2nd month of working, I had reached out to Tanya again to re-qualify for a loan. The process is tedious as it involves in a lot of documents. I tried my best to provide those documents as soon as I'm able to because Tanya was so good at processing and getting back to me, I can't delay any time that I had. I was determined the 2nd time round, and it turned out that I had qualified for a bigger loan which allowed me to look at more houses that actually looked decent and not trashy looking. After Tanya and my awesome realtor agent Dylan worked together it went well and I was able to offer a good house that I didn't expect, literally the next day as the house had come onto the market 30 minutes just before. I am finally moved into my new dream home that was even better than I had imagine with the help of Tanya and her team to make it possible. I've learned a lot in the process of buying a home while Tanya was also educating, advising me, and answering all of my questions and concerns. Thank you, Tanya! On closing day, I met Tanya in person, and she is such a sweet person! Tanya had given me a cute gift for the holiday and my new home. She is down to earth and easy to interact with. I recommend Tanya if you are looking for help. I promise you the process will be as smooth as how much you're willing to put effort on your end.

  Tanya was amazing in assisting me as a first time home buyer. Was very patient with me and never hesitated to pick-up the phone to explain something more thoroughly. She was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Always responded to each and every text, phone call and or email within a timely manner!! She made the process seamless and painless. She is one in a million!! At the end of it all, a phenomenal representation of someone who wanted nothing but the best for me and mine.

  Tanya was introduced to me by a friend as I was looking to refinance my home. Tanya told me how the process works and then she went to work trying to find the best deal for me. We ended up refinancing at almost have the rate I was paying and with a bit of education from her, I financed for 15 years instead of 30. Now I am paying a bit more then what I was paying but will end up paying off the mortgage in half the time. My existing mortgage rate was 4% and she ended up refinancing me with 2.5% for 15 year payment. She was always listening and giving suggestions to help me make the right decision at the right time. At one time she even made me wait for a week before we locked on a rate and I ended up saving 0.5%. Tanya is a thorough professional who knows her business.

  If I could do a zero star I absolutely would, a NIGHTMARE of an experience. Explained our situation of getting married later this year, and starting a new job in the same field. Questioned her right away if this would be an issue. She reassured us that none of this would be problem in pre-qualifying for any loans including the USDA rural loan and the FAH loan. She obviously didn’t listen to anything we talked about, because these were all factors in the end of why we didn’t qualify. She gave us the green light to go look at houses and reassured us there wouldn’t be any issues. After we put in an offer on a house she came back scrambling like she was blind sided by our circumstances. Again, this is information she knew all along. If I was you, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a loan consultant. She was very unprofessional and out dated on her knowledge. Just looking out for future clients, and how HORRIBLE our experience was!!
