  Mitch with New American Funding was wonderful to work with. He definitely helped alleviate some of the stress that comes with purchasing a home. Every part of the process was done in a timely manner and Mitch always got right back to us if we had any questions or concerns.   It feels strange calling Mitch by his first name instead of a number as most do on online or telephone calls, but then my experience has been above standard. Mitch walked me through every aspect of my loan. When I was nervous and started to get discouraged he was there to bring me back. He would make me laugh and somehow I would feel exceptional. I must have been in his personal phone because when I would call he would answer " Hello Ms Sandy".I am so grateful I never had to wait 30 minutes or more to get through to only get a voice recorder .
