  We were under contract on a new build from August 2021-March 2022 with Rocket Mortgage. One day before our scheduled close, Rocket Mortgage called to say "Us being cleared to close was a mistake and we were NOT approved". The seller's agent gave us Jeff's contact information and three weeks later, we closed on our home. Jeff and his team was amazing. We would have lost our contract and earnest money if it wasn't for them.

  One of the best team that work my process from the beginning to end. The site allows you to have a one stop shop to upload all of your documents and the team is very helpful to have you prepared for your closing without any problems. If you are using them, trust me you are in great hands.

  Not happy at all! Nothing was as stated. 6 months in and already dealing with higher payments. Revolving escrow amounts. Getting the run around. And them wanting an additional $3000 because escrow is in the negative, but all payments have been made on time for the full amount? I have serious questions!

  I am so happy I chose New American Funding and got to work with Team Glick! They were so amazing. I started my home journey a year ago. My first call with Jeff was about an hour long and he made sure I understood everything. He educated me on the loan options I had, how the market worked and the steps I needed to make to start the process. I worked closely with Mandy and she was just so amazing. Always so friendly, reassuring and available. I had so many questions since I was a first time home buyer and she calmed my nerves many times. She felt more like my friend with as much as we talked this past year. Towards the final steps, I also got to work with Bridget in underwriting. She was always so quick to respond and worked hard to make sure everything was complete by closing date. I will never forget her text letting me know I was clear to close. I could go on and on about how great the whole team is. They helped me reach a very important milestone in my life and for that I am forever grateful.

  Just recently purchased my home using New American Funding and I had a great experience. Jeff and his entire team were very pleasant and easy to work with. Excellent communication & everything was able to be completed online. They were quick to respond to any questions I had and their explanations were thorough so I always knew what to expect next. Definitely highly recommended!
