  We had a very good experience with New American Funding. Their team helped us as much as they could to get our new home. Marisa went out of her way to make sure we had all of our paper work. Marisa would come by our work to pick up papers so we didn't have to drive anywhere. Whenever we had a question, no matter the time or day, Marisa would get back to us as soon as she could with answers. When we had everything ready for closing, we still needed a survey. The people we talked too wasn't going to be able to get it done before closing, so Marisa got on the ball. Marisa had our survey done over the weekend and it was almost 200 cheaper than what we were getting. We were able to close on our house on time! Marisa and her team at New American Funding are very hands on. I would recommend going here to get a loan. When we are ready to buy again, we will definitely come back.
